Who am I?

I have been a Registered Nurse for 25+ years, graduating in 1995 with a bachelor of science in nursing from University of Michigan.  I completed a master of arts in philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, and a PhD in Nursing Science from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010. I believe that I have been very fortunate to have received the education and opportunities I have and I would like to share some of what I learned with anyone interested.  Hopefully these tips will make your life a little easier, healthier, and happier.
