A daily vitamin?

It is best to eat a healthy diet every day, especially getting fresh vegetables. Since vegetables are not sweet, let's admit that we steer clear of them. So emphasize your vegetables and think about eating them for at least lunch, dinner, and a snack or two. You'd be surprised at how they can improve your health. And if you are tired of celery and carrots, expand your horizons and look for new vegetables: sweet potatoes, beets, sweet peppers, cucumbers, spinach; and new recipes: sweet potato brownies!
If you are not or have not been eating a healthy diet, talk to your provider about whether you should take a multi-vitamin. A multi-vitamin is not a substitute for a healthy diet, but it might be a good supplement for you.
